Returns & Cancellations


Return Policy for macrame products:
  1. All our macrame products are handmade to order. For this reason, we do not accept returns for the reason of general dissatisfaction. If you have any questions regarding the product, please get in touch with us before you place the order. We're happy to send you more photos and tell you more about the product so you can make an informed decision. 
  2. In case you receive a defective product, we will gladly replace the product for you or refund the money to you. Email us at hello.sewandsaw@gmail.com with your Order ID and send us a snapshot of the defect within 7 calendar days of receiving the order. We will either provide you a credit note or refund the amount of the product. No returns will be granted following the seven days after delivery. We will arrange reverse shipping for the defected product. In case pick-up service is unavailable at your location, you will have to self-ship and provide us with the shipping invoice. We will credit your account with the shipping fees. 
Return Policy for wooden products:
  1. We hope you love our wooden products as much as we do. But if you are not happy with your purchase, send us an email at hello.sewandsaw@gmail.com within 7 days upon receipt of your order with the subject Return. Please include your name, order number, and the reason for your return. We will be happy to refund you in full to your original method of payment.
  2. To receive a refund, the product must be shipped back in their original packaging without any personal damages. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted. After inspection of the product(s) returned, a refund will be issued via your original payment method.
  3. We are unable to refund your original shipping charges. Return shipping is at the expense of the customer.
  4. Cancellation Policy

In case you place the order by mistake or want to cancel the order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order. Once we begin making the product for you, it will not be possible for us to cancel the order.
